Tony McGrade is the founder of McGrade & Co Employment Lawyers. He is a Law Society accredited specialist in employment law. He acts on behalf of individuals and small and medium sized businesses on a full range of employment issues. He is on the panel of solicitors for the Equality and Human Rights Commission. He was the Employment Lawyers Association’s Scottish representative between 2007 and 2009. He is also a member of the Employment Law Committee of the Law Society of Scotland and is course co-ordinator for the Employment Law Elective at Strathclyde University. He regularly provides training to solicitors, advisors and employers on a wide range of employment issues. He has a particular interest in discrimination law.
