I am proud of Kippen Campbell LLP’s history and the fact that since 1843 generations of local (and not so local) families and businesses have entrusted their business to us. Quite rightly, individual solicitors no longer do “everything” and Kippen Campbell LLP have expanded and specialised in a number of significant areas including Employment Law. I was admitted by the Law Society of Scotland as a solicitor in 1997. Since then my caseload has been exclusively Litigation and Employment Law. I appreciate that dealing with contentious employment law issues in the workplace and litigating either through the Court or the Tribunal can be a confusing and stressful time for clients, whether they are individuals or Directors in large companies. My aim is simply to be accessible to all my clients, provide them with relevant advice in a clear, concise manner and obtain the best outcome for their particular circumstance. Thankfully, not all employment issues which arise are contentious. I have a broad rangeof experience advising on and drafting contracts, policies and procedures to suit all businesses no matter how big or small.
Employment Law is a frequently shifting and complex area of law. To be involved in and supported by a group of committed and like-minded Employment Lawyers for me, professionally, is crucial and for clients an absolute benefit.
